Appointments & Cancellations

We know life gets busy! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may result in forfeiture of a deposit or booking privilege.

Late Arrivals

If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.

Payments

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA (for eligible treatments). Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Deposits may be required for certain services or packages.

Refund Policy

All services, including packages and gift cards, are non-refundable. However, we want you to love your results. If you’re unhappy for any reason, please let us know—we’ll work with you to make it right.

Many of our treatments are medical in nature. Your safety is our top priority. Please be honest and thorough when completing health intake forms and follow all aftercare instructions provided. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
