MEDICAL WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
WITH SEMAGLUTIDE

Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey towards a healthier, more vibrant life? Semaglutide weight loss treatments could be the solution you've been searching for. In this brochure, we will guide you through the protocol, risks, side effects, and benefits of semaglutide, empowering you to make an informed choice for your well-being.

What is Semaglutide Weight Loss Treatment?

Semaglutide is a groundbreaking medication that has been approved by healthcare authorities for its exceptional weight loss results. This treatment works by mimicking the action of a naturally occurring hormone called GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1), which regulates appetite and helps control blood sugar levels.

The Protocol: Your Path to Success

1. Consultation: to begin your weight management journey, you will complete our Patient  Questionnaire before your consultation.Your consultation will give you an opportunity to review  your medical history and weight management goals with one of our providers,
go over the treatment plan, determine candidacy, and assess your overall health and weight loss goals. This step is essential to determine if semaglutide is right for you.

2. Paperwork: If lab work was not available during your initial consultation, we will order labs for you so we can review these prior to your initial visit.  Once these are reviewed and candidancy has been confirmed, our office will contact you to set up your first treatment.

3. Personalized Treatment Plan: your provider will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. This plan may include dietary recommendations, exercise, and a dosage schedule for semaglutide.  Dosing is started very low to minimize any side effects or discomfort as your body adjusts to the medication.  As a rule, we will keep the dosage as low as possible without compromizing efficacy to minimize possible side effects.  We have seen great success while maintaining very low dosage and do not feel that higher dosing is always the solution.

4. Weekly Injections: Semaglutide is administered via a once-weekly injection.  The  visit will take just minutes but will give us a chance to review your progress, answer questions, make dosing adjustments or recommendations and provide your treatment.

5. Regular Follow-ups: You will have regular follow-up appointments to monitor your progress, address any concerns, and make necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.  It is vital that patients comply with their scheduled visits for efficacy and safety.
