Christina is a board certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She has been in the aesthetics industry for many years and has a passion for injecting and making people feel more confident. Patients love her honest assessments and expertise - and her hilarious antics. 

Christina specializes in neurotoxin and dermal filler (her facial balancing and optimization is incredible) and spearheads our Weight Management program...with over 1,000 pounds lost!

Busayo is a board certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in women’s health for 7 years focusing her practice on pre and post natal care and menopause. It is important to Busayo to empower women, of all walks of life, by providing a safe and comforting environment to ask questions & address all of their concerns.

Sarah is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with a Menopause Certification from the Menopause Society and a background in breast oncology. She is passionate about supporting women's health at every stage, especially menopause and breast health.

Colleen joined Essential in 2022 as a master aesthetician and laser technician. Since then, she has acquired many new roles and certifications - she is passionate about learning and delivering great care with a smile!  She is known for her love to chat and always has so much fun with her clients.  She is an expert on ALL our medical services and is devoted to your outcomes!  Join her fun on socials at ​@skincare.by.colleen.

Kaela joined Essential in 2023 as a Master Aesthetician and Licensed Laser Technician. Kaela loves providing big results for her patients and specializes in medical skincare services like microneedling and IPL plus clinical options like dermaplaning (that glow!). Fun fact: she's related to Colleen and has the cutest son named Liam.

Jenny has been our Patient Guru and master of ceremonies since 2018.  You will find Jenny behind the front desk helping patients from when they arrive to saying goodbye. She is a great resource for a questions about a treatment or product and loves to talk about all of our options!

Kelly began her aesthetics career in 2002 on the Upper East Side of NYC. She ran the Division of Facial Plastics and Reconstruction Surgery at Boston Medical Center before transitioning to private practice in Chestnut Hill, where she met

Veronica. 

Kelly loves helping people find approachable solutions to their aging and skincare concerns with transparent, attainable advice. Building confidence. from the inside out, is her ultimate passion.  

Veronica Veras Medina, graduated from Catherine Hinds Institute of Aesthetics in 1997 and worked her magic throughout Wellesley, Newton, Chestnut Hill and Dedham for over 25 years. 

Veronica was a talented and knowledgable aesthetician but her greatest gift was loving and pampering others.   Just to be in her presence made you feel safe, celebrated and loved.  After a long battle with cancer, Veronica passed away in January 2026. Every thing we do at Essential is focused on continuing on this important legacy.
